Halloween Parade In-Person
Families are invited to come in costume and join us for a Halloween Parade from Kingston Free Library to URI's Office of Admission. A police officer will help us cross Upper College Road safely. Afterward, enjoy a Halloween themed StoryWalk®, craft, and free-play on the Kingston Free Library lawn. Please bring a bag. Overflow parking is available at Kingston Congregational Church.
THIS PROGRAM WILL BE CANCELLED IF IT RAINS.
